My"please think before trashing...."post was made because I read in a review"Why should we care..."In my reply review I stated "If he lives in a rich country, his shoes will be made by poor people,low wages, long hours,and with little political rights . Try going barefoot to gain some humanity" Most of the replies were either naughty little boy antics or get even tactics because of one my previous reviews. I should have stated in my first post that....the film showed how manufacturing was done in the right way,many years ago, by free workers . Now today, shoes ,toys, clothing, etc, are imported and made by poorly paid workers (often in a dictatorship}. ...I acknowledge my debt to Mr. Rick Prelinger for saving this and other extremely valuable films.
